* In charge of issuing and renewing pilot and aircrew medical licenses for Emirates Airline whilst ensuring that confidentiality of medical records are maintained.
* Coordinate with National Recruitment with regard to the pre-screening of cadets and pre-employment pilots.
* Re-issuing or creating amendments in medical certificates in the event of damaged certificates, or change in name/nationality/etc.
* Submit pilot/cabin crew medical license suspensions and reinstatements to GCAA with the required supporting documents, and processing fasttrack requests if required
* Responsible for information management, bookkeeping and documentation, and office supply purchases
* Booking pilots’ and aircrews’ medical appointments according to availability as per roster and aircrews’ preferred dates
* Ensure the accuracy and validity of pilots’/cabin crews’ documents (passport, visa, crew photographs & medical reports) before submitting to GCAA
* Regularly communicate and coordinate with fleet managers, flight licensing, GCAA administration, AMEs and their secretaries with regards to updating pilots’ medical documents, sicknotes, and external referrals
* Professionally and skillfully apply knowledge in emergency triage when an emergency presents itself
* Supervised a team of registration officers in the interest of our client, ADMM
* Independently facilitated the swift flow of both onsite registrations and pre-registrations
* Communicated effectively with all team members that ensured harmonious operational processes, and promoted good practice
* Efficiently encoded customer details onto YMC database whilst ensuring the confidentiality of sensitive information is maintained
* Accurately prepared daily reports that were submitted to respective line managers
* Professionally responded to customer inquiries and resolved customers' concerns
* Proactively reported injuries and prevented safety hazards on the track to the Paramedics and Control Center
* Competently accepted any other appropriate duties and responsibilities
* Effectively contributed to the 30% increase in student enrollments into the institute
* In charge of collecting and processing of student information into database for reference, telemarketing and sending e-mails to prospect students and household decision-makers
* Acted as an ambassador of the institute during presentations at school visits and promoted the courses offered by the institute
* Assist in preparing PowerPoint slides and other tools used during presentations
