• Handling consolidation of accounts of the group

• Establish relations with banks and other financial institutions
• Handled audit of corporate clients including financial institutions based on assessment of adequacy of audit controls and procedures.
• Involved in the set-up of financial software for Kuwait Fund for Arab Economic Development.
• Handled cost study for restructuring of Kuwait Oil Tanker Company
• Responsible for the implementation of a comprehensive system for Money Exchange operation.
