* Fruiting trees (Apple, Peaches, Olive, Grapes, Pears, Almonds, Apricot and others including Greenhouses and Nurseries Productions).
* Vegetable production (Squash, Eggplant, Cucumber, Pepper, Corn, Tomatoes and others in addition to Maintenance and others of Private Gardens at the same time.

*Developing new or improved theories, policy and methods for landscape planning, design, restoration, management and maintenance of cultural and/or historic landscapes, parks, sites and gardens.
*Planning, design, management, maintenance and monitoring functional and aesthetic layouts of built environment in private and public open spaces, parks, gardens, streetscapes, plazas, housing developments, memorials; tourist, commercial, industrial and educational complexes; sports grounds and recreation areas .
*Inspecting sites, analyzing factors such as climate, soil, flora, fauna, surface and subsurface water and drainage; and consulting with clients and making recommendations regarding methods of work and sequences of operations for projects related to the landscape and built environment.
*Monitoring the realization and inspecting the construction of proposals to ensure compliance with plans, specifications of work, cost estimates and time schedules.
*Prepare the project execution plan for management review and approval and manage approved plan to achieve project deliverables and timeline objectives.
*Identify and ensure skills and training needs of assigned manpower are aligned to project requirements and support recruitment activities to source technically competent personnel for the project.
*Implements controls over variables affecting job progress to ensure engineering and procurement provide timely delivery of drawings, materials and equipment.
Landscape Design - Maintenance of private and public gardens, restaurant, hotels. Managing simultaneous landscape projects from bedding stages until the end of liability period of the project.

Nova Equestrian Resort is 100 Kilometers south of Riyadh. It occupies some 24 square kilometers of desert and sand dune. Over 30% is now irrigated and planted with a variety of projects from full grass golf courses, horse racing course, football and cricket pitches, themed resort and high-quality accommodation areas. All are extensively landscaped with a wide variety of trees, shrubs and plants. The nursery production area is over 2 Hectares including production of indoor plants and flowers. And all the Managers were British and Irish.
