& Oman, from developing the concept till opening and operating
the hotels.
Developed the corporate office to manage and run existing and
future projects.
• Regular meetings with hotel consultants regarding hotel/project
developments.
• Directing hotel GM’s to ensure the smooth running of each hotel.
• Resolving contractual and commercial issues as well as disputes.
• Training and leading a large team, providing discipline and
performance feedback.
• Scheduling workload to meet priorities and targets.
• Responsible for achieving return on investment and for all
performance related targets.
• Ensuring that the best practices are followed in safety, legality and
quality of service.
• Assisting hotel finance team in the formulation of forecasts and
budgets.
• Maintaining excellent relation with clients and suppliers.
