Please find here attached my updated CV for the position in the subject, I just finished my contract in a Project in fabrication shipyard & LNG in Iran as Site HSE Manager and actually I am free for any proposal with my ex HSE Team.
I am, in concise, HSE Manager Responsible for providing effective technical expertise and implementation of HSE rules in construction, commissioning phase, procedures and policies; . Very expert Specialist in for detail design engineering works for study and assessment; system experience construction commissioning, pre start, start up onshore and offshore.. strong experience in the fabrication/ transportation, loading, assembling building of subsea, umbilical, flow line, riser units, with barge in the river and in the sea..
• Manager Safety, Sustainability and External Affairs, Maintains corporate compliance and the integrity of all operations within our policy standards.
• Apply the HSE construction commissioning procedures with manage and monitor at site with all action properly ensure adequate communications, organize internal and external audit dedicated all employer at support of site management. Organize walk around on site involving the management. Providing training for all personnel, contractors, visitors and ensure emergency response plan and action . Maintenance and periodically inspection for HSE equipment for ensure that are in good working anywhere. Apply practical drill and all relevant personnel involved in emergency response are aware and trained. Manage waste in according to Company standards. Incident Investigation and reporting. Help and support site management and all entity. Prepare all procedures and action plan. Promote HSE awareness following the Golden rules. Ensure related action with external authority. Report immediately e record with related remedial actions. Specialist in construction commissioning, pre start Process Safety Manager.
• To present TUTOR Mentor for ECU(ENI CORPORATE UNIVERSITY) for fire fighting and HSE Training.
My duty will be to provide ensure high standards of HSE on site for respect of all HSE procedures and policies. Ensure that all risks specific to on Site(Fire, explosion, lifting, chemical, transportation, ….) are monitoring ensuring that all HSE risks and anomalies are adequately managed.
