Key Responsibility:
1. Providing 24X7 supports on the incidents that require immediate intervention whenever there is complete outage of the system.
2. Maintenance of existing AREVA supplied RTU’s.
3. Fault identification, Rectification and analysis of the reported problem.
4. Maintain the daily routine report on reporting RTU’s from control centre.
5. Replacement of faulty card/module at RTU locations.
6. Visit to RTU location to analyze the problems and providing Solution.
7. AREVA engineer shall remotely assist PGCB in resolving the problem in situations where only few parameters of RTU are not reporting or wrong data values are reporting.
8. Checking the SCADA system to analyze the channel and path through which RTU is reporting.
9. Checking the communication link status (only as per AREVA scope).
10. Initiate the polling from SCADA system to non-reporting RTU and check the response.
11. Checking for indication of LED in RTU panel (on cards and modem)
12. Checking for healthiness of auxiliary power supply in RTU panel.
13. Checking for MCB position in RTU etc.
14. Checking for CPU and BIU card healthiness.
15. Checking for MFT healthiness.
16. Checking for I/O card healthiness depending on the healthiness of MFT.
17. Checking for engineering value at control centre.
18. Any other activity/action which could help in further diagnosis/rectification of the issue.
19. Interact directly with PGCB Engineers on routine and critical issues.
20. Present a monthly report on the status of all the issues reported.
Key Responsibility:
1. To meet client management regarding different technical issues.
2. To successfully meet the Project deadlines.
3. To meet ALSTOM management internal progress meeting.
4. To maintain official correspondence with Client (PGCB) and Consultant (Maunsell).
5. Keep in touch with PGCB to give them warranty support.
• Key Responsibility:
1. Cable laying, erection, mounting, and adaptation in live control, relay & metering panels at 230/132/33/11 KV Grid substation & Power Station of PGCB, DPDC, DESCO, PDB & IPP.
2. Installation & Erection of SCADA equipments (RTU, MC panels etc.)
3. Verify the adaptation drawing with the customer drawing and interface the SCADA equipment with the existing system of customer panels.
4. Design and Correction of the AREVA drawings as per requirement of protection, operation and interlocking of existing systems.
5. Installation & Erection of 48V DC Battery and Battery Charger.
6. Fault handling of 48 v dc Charger, Control panels, relay panels and Metering panels.
7. Preparation and completion of SAT.
8. Rectification of measurement problems.
9. Preparation and rectification of snag reports.
10. Leading and supervising the subcontractor teams.
1. Ensure & monitor the power supply to the different machine of dyeing floor, knitting floor, finishing floor, embroidery floor, printing floor, washing floor and administrative office in the industry.
2. Daily inspection of Gas Generator, Boiler, Compressor and Substation. If there is any fault then find out it and try to repair it.
3. Supervise installation of LT panel of different capacity.
4. Selection of CB (MCB & MCCB), cable etc for different machine & equipment
