 Exit Strategy - Model and structure Exit strategy for in the investment that has been executed via Private Equity sale, IPO, Strategic Merger and others.

 Due diligence: Conduct Legal and financial Due Diligence with the help of India Legal councils, Law Firm(s) and Audit Firm firms.
 Valuation: Value securities on basis of peer group analysis, DCF models and Net Asset based models.
 Financial modeling: developing and presenting appropriate financial solutions to clients • Structuring deals and term sheets for transactions.
 Investor Presentation, Info memo, Pitch book and Flyer creation.
