To understand Contract document, drawings, scope document and spec.
Drawings reading and taking Interiors Quantities with proper Breakdown (Soft copy and hard copy) Using auto cad or PDF.
Quantities take off using SMM7 method & POMI. And well Knowledge in FIDIC.
Quantities take off either using Candy QTO, where CAD drawings are not provided by Client.
Preparing of BOQ & Specification for interior works as per architectural drawings and Client requirements.
Sub-contractor bill checking for each projects.
Ensure that all sites are visited as appropriate prior to tender finalisation as situation warrants.
CCS upload Bills of Quantities, setup, trade coding, and S/C Packaging analysis returns and populating in adjudicator.
Ensure appropriate and sufficient enquiries for materials and subcontractors are obtained and evaluated.
Preparation of Enquiry Record and raise Tender Quires to client.
Cross check the client Bills of Quantity and create additional items.
Explain to the sub-contractor for the scope document.
Ensure that enquiries for each subcontract are adequately summarised and compared, before entry into the estimate.
Using CCS to pricing various Sub-Contractor / Supplier Package.
Using CCS to pricing direct works.
Using CCS to Pricing Material Adjudicator.
Produce comparison reports on Materials, Sub-contractor's quotes and Value Engineering Options.
To Assist Senior Estimator to rechecking the pricing document.
Arrange for final submission of tender.
Preparation of post Tender document.
