Following works were performed by me on the location of site during the 15 days of my internship at Raheja Exotica- Phase II on Amalfi and Sicily Buildings carried out by Pratibha Industries Ltd. Mumbai at Madh, Malad raea, Mumbai
1.Site Observation- Observing Site and Different works allotted to skill specialist e.g. Plumbing, Plastering, Carpentry etc.
2.Quality Checking- Checking of Proper Building Material like Bricks, Fresh Concrete Coming from Ready Mix Concrete Plant
3.Bar Bending Schedule- Learn with Computer Operator to Make a Bar Bending Schedule in Excel
4.Steel Checking- Checking the dimensions of Steel bars, mesh of bars and bindings of bars as per Drawings provided with Junior Engineer.
5.Foundation- Excavation of Foundation of other Building
6.Tiles- Fixing the tiles in a room by leveling
7.Plaster- Plastering the wall with the help of mortar
8. Mivan Frame Work & Checking- Assessment of Mivan frame work and its parts connected using pins to avoid the dropping of fresh concrete through the joining Spaces
9.Concreting- By using pumps concrete is spread over the mivan frame work laid and vibrators were used for proper compaction
10.RMC Plant- Checking the Cube testing results obtained in Library of RMC Plant. Mixing of Concrete ingredients and Transportation of to the fresh Concrete from RMC Plant to site of Construction
11. Surveying- Obtaining the leveling points on slab laid using Theodolite and total Station
