Currently working as project head with Rare earth project a high rise residential with prasad group in kolkata. Job is review of all drawings, construction coordination with all stack holders, consultants and execution of work. Day to day monitoring, review the progress and site team coordination. Overall project incharge including site management, contract management, contractors bill submissions etc complete. The current project is about to finish by June'2018 and looking for career opportunity.

Presently working as General Manager ( construction management) in Lodha healthy constructions ltd (lodha group, Mumbai), for Lodha Belezza project in Hyderabad, India. Handling 20 lakh sqft consisting of 6 towers each of having 2 basements + podium level + ground floor + 40 + floors + helipad ( on 3 towers only) . Currently all slabs (40 floors) were casted with mivan shuttering ( with slab cycle of 9/10 days) and Helipad work in progress at 150 mts level from ground floor.Finishings are at different stage. The project is expected to finish by Dec '13 to handover to customers.
FROM JuLY '2011-JULY 2012.: Peninusula land ltd, Mumbai, in as Asst. General Manager (Projects): headed the projects located in Hyderabad 1) Ashok heights a multistoried residential towers proposed in Hyderabad.s a huge cluster of 34 towers each of 24 floors + 2 podium floors + 2 basements. The total built up area is 16 lakh sqft with premium flats, club house along with all infrastructure for gated community. The work is under progress.

Oct' 05 -Nov' 07: Andhra Pradesh Health and Medical Housing and Infrastructure Development Corporation as Deputy Executive Engineer Andhra Pradesh, india.

Role: ◆ Spearheading all project management functions
◆ from the grounding the work as per the GFC drawings received from the head quarters, cross checking the actual quantities as per the GFC drawings and with the quantites enclosed with work order. If any discrepancy noticed, preparation of necessary revised BOQ and seeking the ratification duly explaining the reasons for such deviation from the competent authority for construction of Hospitals, & housing for staff of Medical department, etc.

◆ Monitoring of execution of works, progress, quality check, billing, follow up on time lines, achieving the target dates, ensuring timely completion and preparation of revised estimates, and timely submission of vendor bills, quality reports, progress reports of weekly, fortnightly and monthly, project schedule delay if any. Preparation and submission of completion report and completion drawings.

◆ During my tenure in this organization, within span of 2 years, the total no of completed works area 6 out of which 3 are big Hopitals and the rest of works housing infra works for the staff. The total built up area for these works was about 4.00 lakhs.

Role: ◆ Played pivoted role starting from taking over of prime properties duly liaison with Govt officials,

◆ Actively involved in finalizing concept.

◆ Coordination with management and team of architects/consultants for finalizing concept drawings, presentation to the management, finalization of schematic drawings and getting the sign off from the competent authority. Review of BOQ, rate analysis, DBR (design brief report), planning schedule and resource planning and allocation etc.,

◆ Review of DBR, BOQ and technical work for all engineering works including rate analysis, preparation of specifications, preparation of tender documents.

◆ Notification of tenders, conducting pre-bid meetings, evaluation of bids for both technical and commercials, meeting on techno commercials, negotiations and finalization of bids and awarding contract. (all are L.S contract)

◆ Communication of all required GFC drawings, BOQs considered, constraints during the project, planning schedule to the field engineers.

◆ Monitoring the progress on day-to day basis, resolving the field engineering difficulties, guilding the executing staff, review of the progress, daily, weekly, monthly progress reports, resource re allocations, necessary feed back for the ancillary works, MEP works, follow up etc

◆ Ensuring the timely completion of the project, obtaining the approval for revised sanction, completion drawings, completion certification and occupation. The following major project projects were completed apart from another 25 small to medium range projects.
