Currently all slabs (40 floors) were casted with mivan shuttering ( with slab cycle of 9/10 days) and Helipad work in progress at 150 mts level from ground floor.Finishings are at different stage. The project is expected to finish by Dec '13 to handover to customers.

General Manager (Projects): headed the projects located in Hyderabad 1) Ashok heights a multistoried residential towers proposed in Hyderabad.s a huge cluster of 34 towers each of 24 floors + 2 podium floors + 2 basements. The total built up area is 16 lakh sqft with premium flats, club house along with all infrastructure for gated community. The work is under progress.

If any discrepancy noticed, preparation of necessary revised BOQ and seeking the ratification duly explaining the reasons for such deviation from the competent authority for construction of Hospitals, & housing for staff of Medical department, etc.
◆ Monitoring of execution of works, progress, quality check, billing, follow up on time lines, achieving the target dates, ensuring timely completion and preparation of revised estimates, and timely submission of vendor bills, quality reports, progress reports of weekly, fortnightly and monthly, project schedule delay if any. Preparation and submission of completion report and completion drawings.
◆ During my tenure in this organization, within span of 2 years, the total no of completed works area 6 out of which 3 are big Hopitals and the rest of works housing infra works for the staff. The total built up area for these works was about 4.00 lakhs.
