My Role
• Project Planning for the Rosebank FPSO and reporting to JV -Planning Manager.
• Develop and update the Project Schedule for the FPSO. (worked especially for Construction schedule)
• Prepared Manpower Histogram and projections.
• Maintaining the Work pack register as per the Engineering and procurement update.
• Monthly & Biweekly progress updates, EVM reporting, and Project Document list administration with the JV team.
• Efficiently managing the Project planning team, closely monitoring and supporting the tasks of team members.
• Realign subordinates' objectives with FPSO package as necessary esp. for construction planners.
• Follow up delivery of equipment with Expeditors. Working under JV project Directors and Project Manager.

A) Current Project Description:
EPC WORKS FOR EARLY TIE-INS, SHAH GAS MAIN PLANT, SHAH SULPHUR STATION & GAS GATHERING MP8 DEVELOPMENT (The Abu Dhabi Gas Development Company Ltd (ADNOC Sour Gas, a joint venture between ADNOC and OXY, hereafter referred to as COMPANY) owns and operates the Shah Gas Processing Plant (SGP)
Project Value: 510 million USD.
My Role:
• Establish the Progress Measurement System for Engineering Deliverables.
• Monitoring/Updating the PMS Progress.
• Preparing EVM report based on percentage progress and manhours estimations.
• Preparing GHRS report for engineering team.
• Preparing Look Ahead Deliverables and Delay Deliverables on weekly basis.
• Preparation of weekly narrative of the progress report.
• Maintaining Change control register & risk register.
• Coordination with Project control manager at Saipem - Fano Office (Italy) and assisting them for the submission of WPR & MPR to ADNOC.
Client: Dragon Oil Turkmenistan Ltd, Dragon Oil plc, Dubai, UAE
Project location: Caspian Sea, Turkmenistan .

B) Project Description: FEED FOR LAM OFFSHORE FACILITY COMPLEX (LOFC).
Scope of Work: Complete package for Greenfield and brown field development works.
The Front-End Engineering (FEED) for LAM Offshore Facility Complex consist of LAM fixed platform (LFP), LAM Accommodation platform (LAP), LAM Flare tower (LFT) & interconnecting bridges between the foresaid facilities and to existing LAM 28 platform.
My Role:
• Establish the Progress Measurement System for FEED Deliverables.
• Monitoring/Updating the PMS Progress.
• Preparing Look Ahead Deliverables and Delay Deliverables on weekly basis.
• Exposure on Cost Control Procedures and EMC Codes.
• Preparation of weekly narrative of the progress report.
• Maintaining Change control register.
Client : Aramco Overseas Company B.V. (AOC)
Project location : Hawiyah Gas Plant- Saudi Arabia.
Work Location : Chennai, India.
C) Project Description: Hawiyah Gas Plant (HGP) Expansion Project
Scope of Work: Onshore E&C activities for Greenfield and brown field development works. The Hawiyah Gas Plant (HGP) Expansion Project will provide additional gas processing facilities to process raw sweet gas, to efficiently meet the Kingdom's energy demand.
Project Value: 600 million USD.
My Role:
• Establish the Progress Measurement System for Engineering & Procurement Deliverables.
• Monitoring/Updating the PMS Progress and reporting to Management on weekly basis.
• Updating the Manpower Histogram and S-Curve by Monthly basis.
• Preparing Look Ahead Deliverables and Delay Deliverables by weekly basis in PMS.
• Participates in the various meetings related to project planning, execution, and control.
• Preparing GHRS Report for Hawiyah Project.
• Weekly releasing Earned Value Reports to higher management for engineering progress.
• Conducting of Risk Analysis Meeting and preparing report.
• Exposure on Cost Control Procedures and EMC Codes.
• Preparing cost Control report for Hawiyah Project.
• Assisting Technical Manager in preparing project presentation.
Project Description: Raageshwari Deep Gas (RDG) Development Project for Cairn Oil & Gas located in Barmer, Rajasthan, India. Development & debottlenecking of Gas terminal and 8 wellpads with integrated pipeline.
Scope of Work: the scope of work includes well pads, flowlines, and a new gas processing terminal
Project Value: 233 million USD.
My Role:
• Prepared overall project schedule & progress measurement system (PMS).
• Support EPC Team with schedule analysis, reporting, forecasting, and budgeting.
• Coordination among engineering, procurement, and construction professionals.
• Development & tracking/measuring of TDR (Technical Document Register) of engineering deliverables.
• Prepared PTR (Procurement Tracking Register) and VDR (Vendor Deliverable Register).
• Preparing Material Budget Consumption track sheet and Cash flow statement.
• Prepared Subcontracting register and tracking their progress through PMS.
• Development of L3&L4 EPC Schedule for Integrated Gas Surface Facilities for RDG Project.
• Sending EPC weekly and monthly reports. Moving to project site for attending client meetings.
• Preparing Project Dashboards, Risk reports and delay analysis for Top management presentation.
• Worked as a planner in the Project Control Wing of BEB (Bechtel-ENKA-Bahwan) Consortium.
• Involved in North and South Multi-storey Forecourt Buildings and Lift Building: approx. 35, 615 m2, Forecourt Plaza: approx. 37, 144 m2, North and South Multi-storey Car Park: approx. 116, 318 m2
• Updated construction schedules
• 90 days rolling wave program as per the Primavera 6 generated resource forecast allocation sheet.
• Prepared detailed resource-loaded construction schedules for M.E.P. scope (as per urgent priority)
• Employ the critical path method (C.P.M.) for bi-weekly progress updates to review multiple critical paths.
• Site coordination with the civil team for clearance issues like false ceiling & floor issues.
• Prepared checklist & markings for the Project Director in his site walk for Ministerial visit preparations.
• Provided FEED document along with Package Index to Engineering Team at Tebodin & Partners LLC.
• Prepared Tender cost data, revenue plan, invoice, Cash out/ cash in, and cash flow graphs.
• Completed Milestone Billing & maintained cash flow statement for the project.
• Prepared the detailed EPC L3 schedule in Primavera 6 and provided a monthly update to the client.
• Prepared the detailed L4 schedule for construction activities. EPC Monthly and weekly Progress Report.
• Updated information from Engineering (Tebodin & Partners LLC) & Procurement Team of Arabian Sales.
• Engineering Document Control Register (DCR), DCR-Delay analysis, Procurement Tracking sheet.
• Monitored the composite work performed by various discipline Engineers.
• Planning and scheduling for 300MW boilers and Resource allocation.
• Monitored monthly/weekly Erection/Welding of Boiler as per the program/Schedule.
• Coordinated the material shifting from BTG Yard to Boiler site as per the package system of Shanghai Electric, China.
• Prepared Monthly Running Assessment Bills to the client along with Material reconciliation.
