• Prepare Baseline Budget Cost for all projects; include
establishing the budgeted quantity.
• Ensure the contract schedule and resource mobilization
schedule in line with planned schedule.
• Monitors cost aspects of the project within direct control and
forecasts final costs, identifies trends and takes action to avoid
cost overruns.
• Prepare Project Performance Reports for all ongoing projects,
analyze current project trend, and forecast future cost and other
performance analysis as per Earned Value Management System
(EVMS).
• Handling of more than one project at a time.
• To study and analyze the ITB’s for proposal projects.
• Analyzes drawings, specifications and statements of work in the
preparation of activity networks for project resource planning and
scheduling.
• Preparation of project schedule and performs critical path
analysis.
• Preparation and distribution of progress reports and weekly
reports.
• Analyze progress reports against current baseline schedules.
• Develops and maintains manpower estimates, equipment and
material delivery requirements.
• Ensure project policies and procedures are implemented
accordingly.
• Develop Action and Recovery plans to support project delivery on
time.
• Installation and Erection of Equipment
• Execution of the jobs after organizing labors.
• Coordination between client & site.
• Implementation of QHSE plans at site.
• Document control.
• Coordination with vendor/supplier.
• Coordination towards Mobilization/Demobilization of
equipment’s & resources.
• Developing new ideas and scope of work.
• Coordination for new projects (Technical & Commercial
Tendering).
Job Responsibilities:
PNG & CNG Pipeline Construction Projects
Description:
• Prepare Project quality & execution plans at the start of project.
• Attend kickoff meetings & interactive planning session.
• Review project key drawings like P&ID’s and overall plot plan.
• Request technical information from engineering department for timely execution of work.
• Manages Interdisciplinary interfaces & information flow for smooth execution of project.
• Ensures design team is aware of, and complying with Basis of Design, standards & codes.
• Identify long lead items & novated equipment at early stage of project.
• Assesses procurement process through the project to ensure goods meet specification and are delivered on time and within budget.
• Supervises work in accordance with the approved schedule using MS Project.
• Prepare, monitor & control manpower loading plan.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports, progress monitoring and updates.
• Monitor & control document control index as per project scope.
• Monitor any deviation from the agreed original scope and contract.
• Effectively manages assigned budgets within project total scope.
• Monitors cost aspects of the project within direct control and forecasts final costs.
• Ensure timely delivery of project documents to respective department.
• Monitors closure of all identified risks & opportunities.
• Prepare lesson learnt, clients satisfaction survey and project closeout reports.
• Maintains HSE focus within the team to ensure its requirements are included in the design & procurement.
• Certification of running account bill of contractors & joint measurement of the completed work.
