The programme includes 900km of world-class expressways including highways, interchanges, truck routes, underpasses, flyovers, and a full range landscape. Responsible of managing 12 professional planning engineers. lead the Programme team in Overall Project Control Processes & Procedures, Master Scheduling in P6 Ver.8.3, EVM, Cost Control, Claims analysis, progress measurement Reports, Presentations, change management, Design follow up, documentation system control, and Risk analysis ( Monte Carlo analysis) in PertMaster

Al Houara Coastal Resort With approximately 270, 000 M2 of total built area, the development is a mixed-used golf and beach resort, including a 300 key and a 150 key hotel, serviced apartments, beach villas, beach apartments, Beach Club house, a PGA 18 hole golf course, Country Club, Golf View Villas and Apartments, Retail, a Resort Spa and various water sport and family amenities
•Reviews and approves all the planning documents, submitted by the contractor i.e. (Bar chart, CPM, Logic Relations, resources and production rates)
•Prepare all kinds of reports to the related authorities: PM/Saudi Railways organization/Ministry of transportation, regarding progress, and High level summary and status Reports.
•Maintain baseline for projects, record progress, cost and allows keeping a close eye on possible problems before they become critical
•Identify delays, critical paths and areas of concern and provide corrective actions to achieve contract milestone dates and provide the claims analysis.
•Provide information and decide on all issues concerning the issuance of the base line schedule such as project structure and activity codes, logical sequence, linking and level of detail needed.
•Monitors contractor’s progress according to the approved time Programme and its updated versions and writes to the contractors in case of delay.
•Review all correspondence of the contractors to ensure its compliance with Contract Conditions
•Monitor project cost and follow up any deviation
•Participates in reviewing and approved all submitted method of statements
Project; Haramain High Speed Rail
HARAMAIN HIGH SPEED RAIL; with a value around (4) bn.$ Phase - 1 relates to the construction of Route Civil Works( Rail works, Road works, Interchanges, Bridges, Camel crossings...) and Stations (3) bn.$ (. Phase - 2 includes the entire superstructure works (i.e. Track, Signaling, Telecommunication, Power Supply, Catenaries, Rolling Stock and Operations & Maintenance Contract.)with a value around 8.2 Bn $
Summarize projects data and easily capture a snapshot of how projects or group of projects is progressing, compare actual progress with the planned progress.•Maintain baseline for projects, record progress, cost and allows keeping a close eye on possible problems before they become critical
