Key Responsibilities:
•Work as a member of the technical team on the processes of the tendering stages & bids study.
•Analyze the project contracts to determine the contractor/consultants’ obligations.
•Reviewing and development the projects schedule to meet the contractual deliverables.
•Monitoring & controlling the projects performance thru the progress meetings, periodical reports & the baseline schedule updates.
•Monitoring/Tracking the governmental authorities’ approval and ensure that the contractor/consultant are complying with the regulations & contract requirements on time.
•Monitoring/Tracking the projects procurement phase.
•Analyze & evaluate the changes impact & claims.
•Preparing & publishing the information of the ongoing projects via online Primavera dashboard to be available for the authorized personnel of the team & top management.
