- Preparation of Full Planning Package submittal, including resource histograms and Cost distribution assumptions and all other Planning Requirements - Preparation of Monthly/Weekly Baseline Programme updates. - Preparation of weekly & monthly progress reports - Preparation of Cost, S-curve & Cash Flow. - Contract administration, Claim Preparation - Prepares progress S-Curves, monitors actual VS early and late plan curve. - Prepares resources histogram (equipment and materials) and cash flow diagram. - Prepares and analyze critical path activities, preparation of work breakdown structure and organization breakdown structure. - Attends weekly planning coordination meeting with the other partner's planners. Resolving out of sequence activities resulted from primavera updates and solving any conflict in partners’ interfaces.
Produce Baseline Program Schedule.
Prepare a Monthly Progress updates.
Compare actual vs planned progress.
Resource loading for the Program.
Provide cumulative and incremental resource graphs.
Prepare monthly progress reports.
Critical path analysis.
Activity cost allocations.
Developing The Planned Monthly cash flow & Project S-Curve.
- Performing all Quantity surveying and Take Off works.
- Creating EPS, OBS, WBS, and activity.
- Review drawings and specifications, architectural and engineering for the purpose of advising on site conditions.
- Evaluate progress of work against the work schedule agreed upon, record conditions which may cause delay of completion and submit recommendations to keep work on schedule.
- Submit progress reports every month to the Owner reflecting the work items in progress and status of completion for the period and including pertinent observations and recommendations.
- Prepare general work schedule using Primavera 6.0. Secure and review detailed work schedule.
