Project - Lusail Circuit- Construction of Infrastructure, Racetrack and Building Client - Public Works Authority (PWA)
* Review and maintain planning control structures are developed and maintained in alignment with approved project Work Breakdown Structure (WBS).
* Monitor and control planning activities through all phases of project lifecycle by different Activity Codes and WBS.
* Provides direction to the contractor with respect to implementation of Projects Planning and Schedule, Progress Measurement Plans, KPIs and Procedures.
* Supervises and responsible for Long Range and strategic Planning activities for Projects including Major commodity demand forecasting and Manpower requirements.
* Analyze and issue copies of project progress and performance status reports in accordance with project reporting requirements.
* Assists the Planning Manager & Project Control Manager in providing independent evaluation and recommendations of contractor project performance.
* Participates and monitors the project Risk Analysis workshops and serves as primary reviewer of the contractor’s Risk Analysis Report.
Review the contractor monthly and weekly progress reports.
* Continuously review the master plans deliverables like procurement, engineering and
construction tracking plans to ensure the project are on tracking
* Assess and communicate schedule impact of change notifications.
* Monitor overall project progress status, achievement of major milestones, and evaluate
project performance in relation to planned performance.
* Attend internal project progress and performance status meetings as required.

* Contact the brainstorming workshop for collaborative planning to develop the construction
sequence and process, and define the Zone, WBS & WP (Work Package) for the project
planning and schedule.
* Analyze the required resources according to the company norms and standard rate, and
prepare the Cost and Resources loaded Baseline Program.
* Implement the project control Key Performance Index (KPI) to evaluate, forecast and
analyses the project performance and prepare an effective dashboard to analyses the KPIs.
* Generate the Progress Measurement System for Engineering Deliverables, and Procurement
Control Registry and ensure that the deliverables are in line with the Baseline Schedule and
report to the Project Team.
* Direct and assess the subcontractor baseline program and supervise the performance of the
works.
* Consolidate the detailed plan for testing & commissioning, authority approval process, and
closeout documentation with a responsibility matrix to follow up to complete the schedule on
time.
* Monitor and control the subcontractor procurement, engineering deliverables, and resources
ahead of the time frame.
* Identify the critical path activities and provide the recovery program to guide and assist to
mitigate the delay and complete the project on time.
* Send the delay notification and letter to the relevant stakeholders and update and monitor the

* Identify the required methodology to prepare the time impact analysis and submit the
Extension of time Claim (EOT) and revise the schedule as approved.
* Issue Notice of Delay to subcontractor and Evaluate the subcontractor’s Claims and
performance report.

Primavera with coordination of project team.
* Authored planning procedure, invoicing procedure, cost control procedure, risk
management procedure & change management procedure as per project scope and
standardized the processing system.
* Originated and implemented the Progress Measurement System (PMS), Cost Control
Registry (CCR), Change Control Log, and Earned Value Management System (EVMS)
template for project controlling to analyze and manage the project performances.

* Accountability to monitor the system reliability and manage the projects in the ERP-Project
and supply chain Modules.
* Closed the project as per close-out transmittals to avoid over-cost booking on the
completed project.
Created the project WBS, project cost codes, and the project baseline Budget in the
Primavera.
* Developed a detailed program for each work package to complete Master Program
according to the project requirement and coordinate with the project team

progress.
