* Review and maintain planning control structures are developed and maintained in alignment with approved project Work Breakdown Structure (WBS).
* Monitor and control planning activities through all phases of project lifecycle by different Activity Codes and WBS.

* Assess and communicate schedule impact of change notifications.
* Monitor overall project progress status, achievement of major milestones, and evaluate
project performance in relation to planned performance.

* Contact the brainstorming workshop for collaborative planning to develop the construction
sequence and process, and define the Zone, WBS & WP (Work Package) for the project
planning and schedule.
* Analyze the required resources according to the company norms and standard rate, and
prepare the Cost and Resources loaded Baseline Program.
* Implement the project control Key Performance Index (KPI) to evaluate, forecast and
analyses the project performance and prepare an effective dashboard to analyses the KPIs.
* Generate the Progress Measurement System for Engineering Deliverables, and Procurement
Control Registry and ensure that the deliverables are in line with the Baseline Schedule and
report to the Project Team.
* Direct and assess the subcontractor baseline program and supervise the performance of the

Extension of time Claim (EOT) and revise the schedule as approved.

Primavera with coordination of project team.
* Authored planning procedure, invoicing procedure, cost control procedure, risk
management procedure & change management procedure as per project scope and
standardized the processing system.
* Originated and implemented the Progress Measurement System (PMS), Cost Control
Registry (CCR), Change Control Log, and Earned Value Management System (EVMS)
template for project controlling to analyze and manage the project performances.
