IT Infrastructure management
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Working as Asst Manager-IT Infrastructure- responsible for all IT related Infra over SAMSUNG (Kerala).
• Planning and scheduling of new projects like new offices, Warehouses etc and ensure the deliverables with time frame
• Providing the support on installation, configuration and maintenance of Windows operating Systems, printers, Scanners, attendance access system, EPABX, CCTV and other system applications like SAP, Microsoft Office, Adobe etc
• Handling IT assets management /IT Inventory /AMC management like Cisco Routers, Switches, Laptops, Desktops and other IT equipments.
• Handling monthly status & Daily status on Technical call related reports from Team.
• Vendor coordination for all IT infra work like deciding the vendor for a project till payment process for the vendor
• Working on ERP on asset tracking and payment process for vendors and other infra approvals.
• Providing IT infra to the users based on the designation like Laptops/desktops, Mail IDs, SAP authorization with coordination with concern departments
• Supporting the on boarding process for new employees by imaging their systems.
• Serve as a resource and the primary point of contact for technical staff and vendors.
• Co ordinate the work of the entire technical team as well as staff in the other departments.
• Mentor system administrators in troubleshooting system problems and deploying or upgrading software/hardware.
