Analysis of all production Data, generating of results and primary conclusions to be presented to Plant Manager and Production Manager, ( the wrong numbers may lead to miscalculated financials and wrong decision-making )
Create the master recipe of all new SKUs and assure that BOM, master recipe, and Know how are consistent.
Periodic Reviewing the Knowhow to make sure that we are working with the specifications.
Create production daily reports to monitor the production, trials, Waste to control all kinds of materials and all times for breakdown.
Collecting all Reports from the production line daily to monitoring all process on the production line and participating in solving any pending issues with other departments ( WH - MRP - R&D - Costing - planning ……… ) or same department.
Responsible for creating Purchase Requests on SAP and follow it.
Monitoring as well all stocks on SAP and physical inventory of all preparation rooms.
Creating all raw materials reservations from W/H and responsible for all SAP issues related to production department.
Creating all production Manufacturing Orders for all SKUs Subassemblies and confirming all Finished Goods.
Creating WIP and Actual Consumption Monthly Report to Finance Department.
Perform periodic inventory checks to control waste and MUV (material usage variances).
Responsible for controlling the deliveries, shortage in material and material expiry follow up.
Coordinate with the MRP for required deliveries of the Materials to achieve the production plan
