• Deploy new Jars on the Servers and run them using Jenkins

• Supporting internet problems in Hotels worldwide
• Make configuration on Switches (HP, Cisco), Routers (HP, Cisco, Juniper), Wireless controllers (MERU, RUKUS, HP), Access points, HEPs, Configuring IPTV system, ETVi, OVI & OVM
• Take Calls from ITs in the hotel to check problems and configuration in the system
• Open Tickets (Sales Force, Synapse) and figure the problem and fix all the issues
• Follow up with the team members for any issue and contacting the IT department in the hotel to fix the issue
• Supervising Orange technology Network/services 24/7.
• Validating and following up all actions done by internal “Orange teams” or external
• Assuring with all involved teams when requested to add any new technology elements after the phase of deployment.
• Controlling and securing all Orange sites through following up all network interventions (informing the security dept. to follow up on all illegal cases)
• Following up the creation of TTs (HP Service Manager) for all network incidents.
