•Follow up with replenishment of stocks & managing base stocks of fast moving styles & size. Analyzing daily, weekly, monthly sales report, evaluating & reporting the feedback regarding points to improve & suggestion.
•Handle store operations encompassing efficient stacking, visual merchandising, category management
•Identify the fast and the slow-moving SKUs and accordingly planned the inventory management.

Financial
•Perform Sales forecasting & budget allocation for each store.
•Plan operation & selling costs, and on the agreed terms of KPI (Key Performance Indicator)
•Map sales and financial planning for retail expansion based on key factors.
•Make investment plan for each store project.
•Analyze & propose profitability grid of based on SWOT analysis.

Visual Merchandising
•Plan & implement visual merchandising at store in keeping mind season/ range offered and festivals of particular store.
•Knowledge of various kind of display plan for the store (window, focal point etc.).

Marketing
•Plan/ Handle events, promotions, corporate communication, branding, advertising strategy along the brand manager. Gained a thorough expertise in tracking competition of the retails brands.

Logistics
•Responsible experience in store inventory distribution, transportation management with supervision of personnel.
•Directed the Daily Operations and maintain full accountability for operational performance, personnel responsibilities, building maintenance, shipping and receiving, safety and inventory security.
•Assigned on daily basis all performance and requirements needed to accomplish accountability, inventory and quality control.
