After extensive contract experience, re-joined Greenline interiors to support the FF&E Department with competitive and value for money products. Work closely with estimation department to provide cost effective solution for Hotel tenders.

Manage a team of 3 to meet department objectives of responding to project bids in time and ensure projects are completed on schedule and within approved budgets.
Working closely with commercial and Business development team to bid for projects, especially which require value engineered solutions. Core member of the team working on the following bids: Westin Hotel (400+ rooms), Kempenski Dubai (200+ rooms), Tecom Hotel 1, Al Mazhar Holding (200 rooms, 20 suites and public areas).
Setup a system to track and use in house stock of fabrics and wallpapers, this helped reduce project costs, reduce unutilised stock in hand and increase profitability.
Co-ordinating closely with the Hotel Show 2014 Team for the stand interiors and display.
Preparing project reports of On-going project for senior management.
