Job Role & Responsibilities:
Payroll Management
Following WPS rules & regulations for all the salary payouts of UAE.
Computation of Monthly payroll for various office locations including Qatar and KSA.
Payroll MIS reporting (Reconciliation of salary) on monthly & quarterly basis.
SAP /Orion/ Adrenalin
Adrenalin : End to end implementation for new software
Entering the timesheets in SAP on a monthly basis and then annually helping in determine the hourly rate
Managed payroll for 350 employees for 2 years in oracle based software : Orion
Quarterly Leave and Severance Reports & Final Settlements
Preparing quarterly leave and severance reports and send the same to accounts for cost booking purpose
Preparing Dubai final settlements as per UAE Labor Law and checking for the other locations like Qatar and Saudi
Budgeting & Hourly Rate
Preparing the personnel & cost budget for all 3 locations ie Dubai, Qatar & Saudi
Preparing and analyzing the hourly rate for all 3 locations
Performance Appraisal
Management of Performance Appraisal and Performance Management through Goal setting exercise.
Carry out Appraisal activities while exercising a high level of confidentiality in relation to Ratings, Salary increases, deductions, benefits, payroll exceptions and other withholdings.
Employee Grievance Handing & Relationship
Support the Assistant HR Manager with grievance, disciplinary and capability investigations and hearings.
Contribute as part of a team to the implementation of change management initiatives.
Preparing various letters like salary certificate, salary transfer letter, employment certificate
Significant contribution:
Manage error free payroll of 350+ employees and process Labor Cost
Implemented HRIS ( Adrenalin ) and End User training
Streamlined the exit interview and separation formalities in the company
Contribute in formation of HR Manual for Middle East which covers complete employee cycle
Manage Appraisals & Performance feedback for 250+ workforces for consecutive 2 years

Successfully implemented the budget for all 3 locations in Middle East

Job Role & Responsibilities:
Recruitment
Work with functional mangers on recruiting planning meetings.
Lead the creation of a recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position.
Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans & implementation
Handling the complete recruitment cycle, vendor management, offer, joining, and induction.
Training & Development
Handling the entire training cycle - need identification, analysis, designing modules, nominate employees, pre & post assessment of trainings attended.
Propose and develop new employee development and talent management initiatives / programs.
Plan for and allocate financial resources for training plans for the unit
Interact with the departmental / unit functional heads on a daily basis in areas of people development, providing appropriate support to operational departments
Monitor and conduct training reviews with each department, and review the same with unit Management.
Review training effectiveness in the unit, and review the same with unit Management.
Prepare Annual training plans and calendars for the unit, responding to departmental needs
Admin Activities
Handling pre-employment medicals
Collecting and maintaining the employee documents, keeping confidential records, maintaining records of left employees

HR & Admin:
Playing a key role in handling joining formalities of new recruits like taking the joining reports & subsequently verifying the submitted documents.
Placing requisition for the generation of E-Mail id of new employees.
Assistance in Payroll by making the entries in PeopleSoft software related to salaries, deductions, advances
Looking into hiring action, transfer formalities, separation action, confirmation, ad-hoc query and report generation.
Employee data maintenance, compensation administration, HR administration.
Handling employee grievances related to HR Policies.
Training & Development
Preparing training calendar & report on monthly basis.
Playing a key role in conducting various types of training in coordination with the department in-charge.
Ensuring that every employee of the respective departments has undergone some or the other types of training.
Insurance & other benefits to employees: Handling the process of life insurance & medi-claim of the employees, coverage provided to the employees under the ESIC and special privilege card given to the employees.
HR MIS: Maintaining HR Monthly Report, Hire Report, Termination Report, Confirmation Report, and Medical Insurance Report.
