Highlights:
• Owned responsibilities of full spectrum of HR; Performance Management, Employee Engagement, Competence Development, implementation of HR policies, HR Audit, Recruitment and Selection, payroll processing, etc.
• Providing advocacy on multiple facets of the business to optimize the organization and its people to meet and exceed the business objectives.
• Demonstrated the ability to understand business strategies and translate into appropriate HR goals, objectives and tactics by working collaboratively with people across all levels including Senior Managers and International Teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Implementation of Strategy:
• Optimizing group performance and consistently achieving results and overall business strategy
• Working with the HRBP team in achieving efficiencies through business improvements.
• Providing strategic-level consultation on HR related programs and processes; mid and long term HR strategies covering succession planning, manpower budgeting, performance management, employee relations, employee motivation and talent retention.
Strategic Human Resources Leadership:
• Managing day-to-day human resources matters - aligning functional designation and job positions, developing robust organizational charts and developing pre-boarding/on-boarding activities for the prospective employee.
• Suggesting the management for adapting to new system and process that improves employees’ productivity and efficiency.
• Performing HR Audits to identify redundancies and general employee relations issues as well as providing appropriate HR interventions and solutions to enable the achievement of business objectives and people plans.
Recruitment and Compensation:
• Negotiating salary with the selected candidates and organizing all documentation involved for on-boarding the candidates.
• Partnering with hiring managers and outlining precise manpower requirement along with proposed budget and expected time frames to effectively meet organization’s manpower needs.
• Handling all administrative aspects of staff attendance, vacations, contract renewals, salaries; exit interview, final settlement, etc., and providing detailed reports to the senior management to minimize attrition.
• Fostering a culture of open door communication to avoid conflicts, resolve personnel disputes, address grievances and create a climate that unites and help employees deliver their level best.
Employee Engagement & Performance Management:
• Overseeing the employee welfare schemes with specific focus on medical issues; organizing annual blood donation camps, and health campaigns like ‘I Love Me’ days where we educate staff on health and fitness.
• Implementing policies and practices based on ethical and social consciences of business; employee engagement surveys and society and the laws.
• Preparing employment contracts, new and renewal of contracts, managing employee database for joining formalities and issuance of appointment letters; HR invoicing and employee confirmations, transfers/postings and performance.
• Administering the performance appraisal process including collation of employee performance appraisals and job description, investigating the results for the same, supervising the implementation and operation of various compensation plans/ benefits programs.

My job profile included:
• Handling a team of 30 agents.

• Handling admin duties, such as Receipting, Invoicing, and Commission Claims and preparing Sales reports on a monthly basis for the Head of Commercial Sales.
• Problem solving / trouble shooting within the division as required.
