Check material requests received from different department heads and forward to material supervisor in the month end for approval
After receiving the approval prepare the material order in AMOS
Do inventory of critical parts weekly
Issue of PPE to rig crew and record in the PPE register
Record of daily issue of material in issue register and issue it out from stock
Do Cycle count of materials
Attend daily morning meeting with department head chaired by Offshore Installation Manager.
Material order, tracking, inventory management etc. through AMOS
Check and receive material supply arrived on board according to material manifest
Arrange backload of material to shore base as per instruction from supervisor
Generate inventory reports through AMOS
• Raise Material Request, follow up, Receive, Control & Distribution of all rig materials
• Maintain an organized filing and follow-up systems for all rig material requests and repair requests and ensure that they are received on time in order to smoothen the function of Drilling Operations
• Maintain records of the Rig Assets and certification validity of all the equipments and materials as required by the Company as well as the Client Saudi Aramco
• Inventory of all warehouse materials and updating of issuance logs and register
• Make entry of receipt & consumption of materials through online
• Plan and maintain purchases of tools and equipments for the Rig Operations
• Prepare Emergency Shut Down Spare Parts inventory on timely basis
• Issuance of PPE to rig crew and maintain records of the same
• Maintain Tubular and Handling Tools Inspection Record
• Maintain Rental Equipments Register
• Local Purchase of tools and urgent materials required for the rig
• Attend Daily Morning Meeting with other Supervisors chaired by TP
• Attend to all incoming correspondence such as mails, faxes, and telephone calls which are addressed to the Rig site and proper action wherever required is acted upon in efficient and timely manner
• Maintain an organized filing and follow-up systems for all correspondence, confidential documents, circulars, memos and other directives of Rig Manager
• Control & Distribution of all rig materials
• Journey Management, Time keeping & prepare crew ON/OFF schedule
• Maintain & update personal files of all the employees working at rig site
• Be highly responsive to rig personnel issues, by engaging the required parties in finding appropriate solutions in a timely manner
• Issue of PPE to crew
• Prepare material requests as per instruction of rig manager
• Figure out Closing & MIS statements
• Payroll control, customer service
• Handled Cash Receipts & Payments
• Prepare journal vouchers, accounts statement, etc.
• Responsible for handling various accounting functions which includes, processing payments, preparing general vouchers, maintaining accounting system, management reporting and maintaining accounts
• Control of Petty cash payments
• Performing Secretarial duties as required by Resident Manager
• Liaison with different departments
Passed diploma in ecommerce with HTML, Java, SQL, VB etc.
Two years technical Diploma from State Board of Technical Education, Kerala, India. Main subjects of study are Accountancy, commerce, typewriting (higher level), shorthand(higher)
Completed three years Bachelor's degree course in commerce
Two years pree degree course with commerce, accountancy, commercial correspondence, commercial geography as subjects.
