• Ensuring the confidentiality of the recruitment process.
• Resume Building & Formatting.
• Ensure that cost efficient options are utilized for Recruiting events and Search assignments.
• Work towards being a high quality internal service provider and to ensure that all recruitment requirements are being met.
• Managing job posts, making efficient Job Descriptions if needed.
Responsibilities:
• Sourcing candidates through different channels of Recruitment like various Job Portals (Naukri (Gulf / India), Monster (Gulf / India), rig zone, Oilandgasjobsearch, Bayt, etc.), Professional Sites, Database, as well as through networking, recommendations and referrals.
• Referring Internal Database, Employee referrals etc.
• Involvement in preliminary telephonic interview with candidates to ascertain their competencies, academic, experience, & communication skills and aspirations i.e. positions, salary, relocation aspects etc.
• Inform applicants about job responsibility, designation, compensation & benefits, work schedules & working conditions, company policies, promotional opportunities & other related information.
• Convincing candidates to accept offers and join.
• Formatting CV’s and preparing them for submissions. Excellent skills in editing and formatting.
• Extensively worked on Professional Networking Sites like LinkedIn, mostly done Head hunting on LinkedIn - generating leads and converting them to be useful for my current or future requirements.
• Handling end to end recruitment process for various positions including: Senior /Middle/Head Level positions from both local/global basis
• Coordinating with Candidates for Interviews (both telephonic and face to face) for domestic and international locations (Middle East, USA, UK, Libya, Malaysia, Indonesia etc.)
• Handling domestic and international expatriates to fill the relevant position.
• Prepare Candidates' information sheets and the interview schedules for the clients and candidates mobilization
• Prepare MIS and data for analysis.
• Responsible for completing projects within given time frame.
• Formulating interview schedules, filling reports of candidate's status, recording their joining reports and maintaining resume database. .
• Ability to negotiate rates/salaries, present and sell candidates within their business areas, whilst ensuring that all processes are followed in line with the agreed methodology.
• Pre and post interview follow-up with the candidates and make sure the joining process goes smoothly.
• Any other related works as assigned from time to time by TL or Accounts Manager.
• Have been involved in company campaigns and worked as a coordinator for certain campaigns where work was done On board process for certain clients which includes formalities for Visa (attestation from embassy, medicals etc.)
• Provide Training to new Entrance level Candidates
• Continuous dealing with relevant western as well as eastern expatriates to fill the given position
• Gather and enter all CV's receives through any channel, and increase the company's database.
• Manage the daily external and regularly updated on the company's website
