Guide students throughout their academic journey by directing them to the right resources, valuable content, and academic learning.
•
Provide on-the-call mentoring support with respect to any specific video, content, or other app navigation-related issues.
•
Read and interpret student's dashboards to understand the overall progress of the students.
•
Share by-monthly progress reports with students and parents by using dashboards.
•
Motivate students to perform well in their studies and encourage them to utilize the app to the fullest.
•
Support help students and parents with product navigation
•
Work with the Sales, content, and Logistics departments to provide resolution to customers.
•
Work with managers to complete daily/ weekly /monthly targets.
English training for kids of the 5-13 age group.
•Planning course material and activities.
•Assessing the student's progress and building trusting relationships with students and parents.
•Assigning homework and interesting exercises and informing parents about their children's performance.
•Collaborate with teaching staff and administrators to foster a good student experience.
