• Organized a value engineering workshop for reducing the cost of 5038D, a special variant tractor
• Assisted in a six sigma project in improving the overall equipment effectiveness of the CNC machines in the shopfloor (Engine factory)
• Drafted a training manual for assembly line workers to explain the concepts of 5S, TPM, Poka - Yoke etc.
