• Involved in the Landscape team that formulates Master Planning & Design which considers both local and international standards at the same time complies with the design criteria approved by the client.
• Landscape Architect-in-charge for project coordination and documentation.
• Works with Project managers to oversee and direct a project’s progression. Ensuring that projects are completed within the determined time frame, within the constraints of the budget, and with sufficient staffing.
• Provides monthly progress report for each project that will aid the project managers on site as their basis of accomplishment.
• Attends regular site visit and Design Coordination meetings
• Site investigation and analysis
• Site Planning I Preparation of Conceptual Site Development Plan.
• Conduct ocular inspection, site social & physical features, topography, and traffic circulation.
• Study the local development plans and applicable laws in the development of the property.
• Research and documentation, Site massing, Conceptualization of masterplan & site levels and landscape.
• Prepares schedule and supervises production & submission of Concept Design Drawing up to Shop drawing to meet the timetable required by the project.
• Coordinates with BIM specialist to formulate Design adjustments based on clash analysis report affecting the original design.
• Participates in coordination meetings with external parties that has design impact on the project.

•Architectural and Landscape designing with specifications for projects that requires design modification or new concept and idea which the will be presented to clients for approval.

•Prepares schedule of shop drawing production & submission to meet the timetable required on different projects.

•Supervises and provides detail shop drawings for consultant’s comments & approval.

•Anticipates & Coordinates design issues to Consultants, Contractors, & different departments within the company that will affect the execution program on site.

•Creates weekly report regarding status, shop drawing logs of all forecasted and on-going projects for management monitoring and evaluation.

•Assists in procurement requirements to finalize order and materials.

•Supervises draftsmen and coordinates with project managers of different projects for completion of as-built requirements prior to handing over.

•Creates simple presentation such as pre-qualification profile, 3d presentation for more clear visualization and site plan rendering using Photoshop, 3dmax and Revit Architecture.

•Provides material estimation and specification that will aid the estimation and quantification team.

•Provides monthly progress report for each project that will aid the project managers on site as their basis of accomplishment.

•Provides assistance to Water feature department by translating concepts to formal design that will be presented for approval and be the basis of all MEP drawings.

•Gathers and Acquire design requirements directly from clients.

•Prepares Schematic & Design Drawings with 3d perspectives for client’s approval.

•Responsible for preparation of all architectural Shop drawings for site use & coordinates with structural, plumbing, and electrical engineers for the consolidation of all required design drawings for building permit application.

•Prepares material estimates and specifications.

•Material preparation and canvassing for client’s use and selection.

•Regular site supervision to ensure quality of work is executed as per specifications.

•Architectural / Structural coordinator, dealing with consultants of different fields. Dictates the design criteria and Schedules / deadlines needed for the project.

•Prepares and consolidate all pre-bid documents and requirements

•Finalizes material specifications based on consultant’s design and make presentation for their approval prior to procurement.

•Consolidates with different suppliers and finalize cost and order with procurement team all the materials that meets specifications required in the project.

•Site supervision to ensure all works is executed as per specifications and standards.

•QA/QC Architect that monitors and assures that the scheduled units are always ready for completion and for turn over to the owner with regard to committed dates.

•Verifies all materials / deliverables are installed and in proper condition prior to turn over.

•AutoCAD detailing of Architectural finishes as preparation for construction purposes.

•Structural detailing for rebar connections and cutting list.

•Field supervision of construction works primarily architectural elements.

•Design coordination with Architectural, Structural and MEP consultants.

•Meets with sub-contractors regarding weekly progress reports and construction requirements.

•Materials estimate and order preparation

•QA/QC works to secure that all finishing and specifications were observed and executed by sub-contractors.

•Preparation of as-built drawings for Occupancy permit
