• Capable of handling BIM projects independently, Developing Models, Drawings, Families, Work sets, Work sharing, Templates, Standards, Schedules, Sheets, Troubleshooting etc.
• Capable of developing Drainage systems, Water supply system, Fire Protection system, Medical Gas system, Chilled Water& Ducting system in Revit and Auto CAD.
• Clash detection and coordination of services using Navisworks software
Preparation of Electrical and Mechanical shop drawings in AutoCAD in Coordination with Engineers and Contract drawings.
Responsible for preparation of complete shop drawings, Co-ordinated services layout, schematic diagram, isometric view, Builders Work Layout, Sections / Details & As Built Drawings, preliminary drawings, etc.
Prepare MEP coordination and composite plans as per structural, architectural, pre-cast, post tension requirements.
Coordinating all notices, modifications and all requirements of the statutory authorities/client with technical staff.
Assisting the Site supervisors to ensure accurate dimensions, sizes and circuits etc.
Co-ordinating with consultant / client for queries, site modification etc,
Uploads, downloads and monitors documents in Aconex and Asite.
Prepare coordination and composite plans for all underground utilities.
Prepare coordination drawings MEP and Civil for building and treatment plants.
Maintaining Shop Drawing Logs, As Built Logs/records, Hard Copy Filing, As Built Drawings and As Built Documents like TAG list.
Manages the production of drawings to produce error-free drawings in a timely manner.
Coordinate with the drafting personnel all drawings works needed.
Check all necessary revisions & Supervising Junior Draughtsman.
- Preparation of Mechanical Design drawings in AutoCAD.
