•Monthly Inventory and warehouse process self-audit (Project Caliper).
•Overlook of total receipts and issue in system and Dispatch through System with correct documentations.
•Monitoring Daily GRN is happening or not on time as per process and SLA with customer.
•Monthly SIT and Stock Reconciliation if any variance with System & Physical.

Operation Management Control:-
•Strong logistics and supply chain networks planning and operation execution,
•Monitoring inbound & Outbound operations of all touching nodes in Supply chain,
•Devising and effectuating innovative strategies for ensuring smooth
•Transportation of goods throughout country resulting in customer satisfaction,
•Service coordinator of express distribution, Coordinating the material flow of different products from different units across India,
•Maintaining on-time service level as Arrival/Delivery with remarkable business transaction
•Leading, mentoring and monitoring the performance of team members to ensure process efficiency and meeting of targets.
