5. Supervision the IELTS test centre.
6. Preparation of Receipt, invoice financial and statistical reporting and invoicing is conducted accurately and on time.
7. Independently perform self-audits on the relevant IELTS test centre as required and provide documented feedback and reports.
8. Data entry into the ORS2 system.
9. Respond to student queries on phone/ WhatsApp
Organize periodic renewal of Company Licenses / Trade Licenses, Civil Licenses, etc.
Submission of the correct documentation to the Ministry of Labour for work permit.
Obtain a new employment visa/work permit for all expatriate employees. Monitor and renew employee residence visa and work permits.
Preparing all employee's timesheets daily & monthly basis and keeping backup.
Submission of the correct documentation to obtain various company licenses and efficient collection of Licenses to take place when completed.
Preparing contracts and offer letters. Enrolment for employee’s health insurance.
Maintain and update the Employee Database (soft and hard files)
Produce salary certificates, control holidays, medical leaves, and attendance of every employee adjusting monthly wages accordingly.
Collect all our clients & employee’s documents and enroll gate pass for them to enter the mall.
Manage company benefits (medical insurance, flight tickets if any, etc.) and visas for employees. etc……
Duties & Responsibilities in the HR Assistant,
* Conducting cross-checking all payroll claims to reduce errors and creating a back-up of all
documentation to ensure sustainability.
* Maintaining leave, sickness and overtime reports and updating and maintaining employee
records on the payroll system.
* Manage Employees and Clients Correspondence '' calls, emails", update and follow-up with
them regularly and preparation of staff ID cards.
* Coordinating the new - hire onboarding process, their relocation and the new hire
orientation program.
* Coordinating with the Manager with regard to employee relations issues of the staff as and
when required.
* Preparing letters for faculty and staff HR matters (salary, probation, experience, final
settlement, passport renewal, and declaration and consular section letters).
* Holding responsibility for all employee HR personnel files and archiving files.
* Maintaining the HR filing system on a daily basis as well as the HR shared drive.
Duties & Responsibilities in the Housing / Visa Assistant,
* Maintaining appropriate databases, documents, and records of relevant visa and housing
information.
* Assisting in meeting new staff at the airport in order to assist with visas and other
documentation procedures.
* Collate documents from the employee and process their family visa applications.
* Handling responsibility for all employee housing& visa files and archiving files.
* Updating employees’ passport and residence visa expiry details in the banner on a daily
basis.
* Maintaining passport, residence visa & Emirates ID and other personal documents of
employees and their families on HR share drive on a daily basis.
