Project Description : KOC Contract 45441: Maintenance Services for Production Facilities in West
Kuwait Areas. (GC17, GC 27, GC28, GC 16, and BS170 for West Kuwait).
ENGINEERING AND CONSTRUCTION:
Project Engineering, Design activities like preparation of systems and Instrument Specification, schematics, Instrument standards Function schematics, cable schedule, logic diagram, control room, field inst. Layout, Technical Bid analysis, Inspection, familiarity with international codes & Standards, Hazardous area equipment.
Supervision of Inst. Installation, Gas turbine maintenance troubleshooting, Hook up installation, inspection, calibration, loop checking, punch list clearance system sign off, site modification as required at site condition, ESD/F&G system modification/ start up loop by loop transfer. •Review, Witness and Approve Site Acceptance Test (SAT) for Emerson DeltaV and Triconex Invensys Systems, Fire/Gas Detection/Protection and other Instrumentation Control System. Vendor Engineering Design and dossier documents verification related to GC-27/BS-171 for Tie-up Project.
•Troubleshooting of Interlocks in Pumps, Gas Compressors and Gas turbine logics.
•Calibration and Commissioning of all type of Control Valves, SOVs, ON/OFF Valves, Positioners, Regulators, Switches, Pressure gauges, I/P converters Level, Flow, Temperature and Pressure Transmitters, ( Emerson Rosemount, ABB Honeywell, Yokogawa).
•Skilled to read Engineering Drawings, Loop Diagrams, P&ID Drawings, Logic Diagram & Hook up drawings also Instrument I/O schedule, Instrument datasheets.
•Familiar in loop testing of Marshalling & Remote I/O Panel, Burner management system(BMS)& MCC panel testing, troubleshooting and commissioning of the same.
•Having good knowledge of plant safety rules & regulations.
•Good knowledge about Permit to work systems (PWS) and several kinds of permits like Hot, Cold, Radiography, Confined Space, Vehicle or Mobile Plant entry work permit, Limited Space Entry permits. Operational knowledge in a Fire and Gas Systems like HC Detectors & UV, H2S, Smoke Detectors
