Current Position: Junior Manager
• Leading the team of Electrical & Instrumentation department in Electrical maintenance for the Blast Furnace having 33/6.6KV Substation @ 15 MW running load, 2 x 25 TPH of coal grinding mill and 2 x 80 TPH of Boiler.
• Projects involving design, revamping, up-gradation, modifications of Electrical systems resulting in increased plant efficiency
• Overseeing corrective & preventive maintenance of 25MVA, 33/6.6 KV Transformer, HT/LT Motors, HT/LT Switchgears, VCB, ACB, Relays, PMCC, MCC, VFD, AMF panels, trouble shooting in PLC.
• Managing vendors and service providers from finalizing of scope of work to tracking timely work progress, inspecting quality of work execution and ensuring timely completion of projects.
• Energy saving by VFD installation through reducing rpm to get optimum process flow requirement.
• Implemented UPS control supply for critical equipments - ID Fan, FD Fan & Feed Pump to avoid Boiler tripping on grid supply voltage dip.
• Designing & Installation of AMF panel for emergency running Diesel Engine Pumps.
• Done Relay settings and coordination.
• Solved contactor chattering due to voltage drop for long distance conveyor motors.

• Trained in art of End termination of HT cable.
