• Respond to technical inquiries from electro mechanical contractors or end users for HVAC/R flow control valves, valves, pipes, fittings, and related utilities, valves for water and waste water industry.
• Organize and schedule sales calls including client visit, consultant meetings etc.
• Exploring potential new clients and opportunities
• Maintaining good relationship with existing clients.
• Co-ordinate with factory and business partners along with our support team on challenging enquiries and input data for product development so as to ensure the customers needs met for future opportunites as well.
• Project analysis and preparation of final technical and commercial bids in co-ordination with support team.
• Constant follow ups and negotiations with client.
• Co-ordinate and follow up with respective factory for production status, completion and logistic related matters.
• Keep track on payment and delivery on handled projects.
• Responsible for selection of HVAC related valves including Pressre independent Control Valves, Auto Flow Control Valve, Air separators, Double Regulating Valves etc.
• Responsible for Projects in Water Works, Firefighting and HVAC from Major EPC / MEP Contractors.
• Preparing Commercial and technical offers for Waterworks (Sewage, Potable, Irrigation) related Valves for Dubai Municipality, DEWA, SEWA etc.
• Played a key role in the product developments for PICV (Pressure Independent Control Valve), Air separators, Control Valves, FCU links etc.
• Regions include Dubai, Qatar, Oman, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Pakistan, Sreelanka, India and Bahrain.
• Ensure timely submission of Quotations, Submittals and reply to Technical Queries.

• Coordinate with factory to supply client specific products and ensure technical compliance.
• Product Scope - Pipes, Valves, Fittings, Gaskets, Sealing products, Fasteners in Oil & Gas, Water Works, HVAC & Fire Fighting Applications
• Source and procure Valves and accessories not in Std Range to offer complete Package.
• Responsible for Coordination with Cross-Functional teams to ensure smooth order processing.
• Responsible for Weekly/Monthly Sales Reports on Invoicing, Market info, Order Booking.
• Key Account Holder of Major Suppliers for HVAC, Water Works, Flow control products.
• Ensure opportunities are logged into Vtiger (CRM software).

 Preparing and Cross checking Bill of Quantities by Interpreting drawings and specifications.
 Heat load calculation (Carrier H A P).
 Cross checking the shop drawings as per approved heat load calculation and contract drawings.
 Preparing the technical submittal for H V A C system.
 Preparing pump head calculation (Hydraulic Calculation).
 Preparing external static pressure calculation.
 Duct, chilled water pipe designing with knowledge on AUTO CAD.
 Air terminal selection.
 Cross checking and submitting the machine (Chiller, AHU, Pump, Fans etc) selections.
 Preparing and claiming progressive invoices against work progress at site.
 Knowledge and troubleshooting the problems occurring while TAB works. Coordinating with TAB agency, our own technicians, and with suppliers.
 Preparing as built drawing, TAGS etc.
 Preparing Variation Orders and handing over.
 Commissioning the whole HVAC system.
 Preparing O&M manuals.
 Completed district cooling system project including laying RTR underground piping.
 Chilled water weld joint inspection.

 Responsible for engineering quality and adherence to standards (ASHRAE, SMACNA).
 Completed the preparation and site clearance required for installation of H V A C equipments, Ducts, above ground piping, underground piping (RTR).

 Assisting the Project manager and Design Engineer to ensure all work elements are implemented before the activity start and monitor the compliance.
 To ensure that all H V A C site activities are conducted under controlled conditions as per approved shop drawings, site co-ordination drawing, method of statements, project specification (comply), ASHRAE, SMACNA, manufacturer recommendation & work plan.
 Raise RFI/T, TCR.
 Arranging incoming material inspection, Delivery review for all H V A C systems.
 Review and monitoring of subcontractor’s work progress report to Project Manager.
 Expert to Deal with supplier.
 Daily Visits work sites to establish visual acceptance standard and verify existing work conditions.
 Follow up the shop drawings, co ordination drawing and clearing the various problems in site by meeting with the clients/ consultant and Main contractor.
 Preparing & Attending the weekly and monthly work progress & site reports activities.
