Maintenance & Troubleshooting of Pharma & FMCG process manufacturing equipment’s like,
Autocartonator machines, Honey processing & packaging machinery, Personal care product process
machines, Injection Molding Machines, Capsule & Tablet processing machinery, HVAC (Heating,
Ventilation & Air-conditioning) system, Compressor, Chiller etc.
● CAPEX planning, BOQ preparing, vendor management, execute the different type of projects &
handed over at committed time to the production team with proper SOP.
● Planning and implementing preventive maintenance schedules of various machineries to increase
machines health, efficiency & reliability.
● Develop, manage and execute procurement strategies for critical spares, consumables, tools,
and maintenance related services to ensure cost effectiveness, quality, and timely availability.
● Negotiate with vendors and AMC partners, ensure favorable commercial terms and monitor
service quality and delivery performance.
● Supervise and train a team with fostering a culture of continuous improvement & operational
excellence.
● Ensure compliance with Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) standards, as well as statutory
and regulatory audits.

• Maintenance & Troubleshooting of Forging & Electrical Appliances process manufacturing
equipments like, Induction heating machines (Plasma), Induction metal gathering machines, Socket
making process machineries, Electroplating system, Injection Molding Machines for polymer
insulator, Hydraulic Press Machines, EOT Crane & Hoist, compressor, etc.
• Responsible for Greenfield project by New Forging Plant for ERC process manufacturing as a
team leader developing and implementing strategic plans for efficient project execution, resource
optimization & also take responsibility of equipment sizing calculation like Transformers, VCBs,
MCC/PCC panels, APFC panel, Earthing, Lighting, Cable etc.
• Spare Management by using SAP Logon 740 module.
• Implement energy-efficient practice & technologies to reduce power consumption and Analyze the
consumption of resources like electricity, lubricating oil, water etc.
• Planning and implementing preventive maintenance schedules of various machineries to increase
machine efficiency & equipment reliability.
• To reduce the machine breakdown using problem solving tools CAPA and 5 why analysis.

• Maintenance & Troubleshooting of system, Hydraulic sole machine (FX3u-128M),
Injection Molding Machine (S7-300), Hydraulic sheet Press Machine (FX3u-64M), Electric Boiler,
EOT Crane & Hoist, Air compressor, Thermopac, Mixing Mill, Kneader(110L), Drum cooling cutting
machine. etc.
• Brownfield Projects as a team leader;
◦ Rubber compound mixing, Blank cutting & Molding process machineries installation.
◦ LPG gas bank (Storage Capacity- 1600kg) installation.
◦ Upper & Bottom lamination and Manipulation process machineries installation.
◦ EVA Injection Molding with Palletizing process machineries installation.
• Project planning, BOQ preparing, vendor management, execute the different type of projects &
handed over at committed time to the production team with proper SOP.
• Planning and implementing preventive maintenance schedules of various machineries to increase
machine efficiency & equipment reliability & also maintain MTTR, MTBF, Machine OEE etc.
• Critical Spare Management & define inventory level of spares & ensure availability of spares.

• Maintenance of 33KV/415V Sub-station & Substation Equipment like VCB, CT, PT, Transformers
etc.
• Maintenance & Trouble shooting of PLC panel (S7-300, S7-1500, S7-1200) like DISA Sand
recycling System, MHS Line, Intensive sand mixer, Sand Cooler, Shot blasting machine etc.
• Maintenance & Trouble shooting of Induction Furnace (Inductotherm), Moldings Machine, & other
Foundry related Machines, Modify the system of the Machines & also carried out preventive
maintenance as per PM calendar & as well as predictive maintenance.
• Planning and implementing preventive maintenance schedules of various machineries.

• Maintenance & of Induction Furnace ARPA- 900 & 450
Machine, EOT Crane & hoist, all plants Machinery.
• Maintenance & trouble shooting of PLC panel, RAHINO Sand recycling system, MHS Line,
Intensive sand mixer, Shot blasting machine etc.
• Breakdown log book entry & technicians job list maintain.
• Breakdown analysis by 5 why. - check list - Abnormality resister update. - Shutdown job list
prepared. - KPI vs Achievement report update. - Breakdown history of all equipment. - KAIZEN - 5S
work - MTTR & MTBF - Autonomous Maintenance. - Spare stock update. etc.
• Working on Power Factor improvement projects & cost savings system Modification Work.
• Ensuring and trained all technicians for Safe work practice during plant Maintenance.

• Attend all type of Breakdown & Breakdown logbook update.
• Maintenance & Troubleshooting trainee assistant of Induction Furnace Machine.
• Study & Troubleshooting the Different type of machinery like- Induction Furnace, High Pressure
Sand Molding Machine (HFM), MHS Line, Compressors, EOT Crane, Intensive Sand Mixture Machine
and DISA Sand recycling system.
• Breakdown analysis by 5 why, PM and also take a part of 5S, KAIZEN etc.
• Maintaining different check list like- Transformer, Amp. checklist, Temp. check

● Execute the wiring job of construction building.
● Conduit pipe laying as per drawing.
● Main Distribution panel, LDB, Switch Board installation.
● Planning & implementing the project scheduled.
● Progress report update, Electrician job list prepared, safety training, etc.
