Prepares work to be estimated by gathering proposals, blueprints, specifications and related documents.
Attending technical and commercial meetings to finalize the project.
Coordinating with procurement department for the materials with respect to client/site requirements.
Coordinating with Site Managers/ Site Engineers for monitoring of project including preparation of variations if any.
Coordinate the document controls of technical submittals, drawings etc with the project team and to ensure that the QA/QC validation has done.
Coordinate all inspections, monitor the required tests and record the carried out inspections.
Coordinate all site inspections with the site subcontractors.
Follow up QA procedures implementation.
Communicate to respective team the QA system and monitor the implementation.
Assist QA/QC Manager in conducting internal quality audits.
