Construction of thermal power plants, highways, bridges, installation and
insulation of heavy electrical cables and systems, fly over and interchange. Presently working with PRYSMIAN
POWER LINK S.R.L, submarine & HV cables and systems (Bahrain Branch) as a HSE officer at Development and
installation of 400/220 kV electrical cable transmissions in Bahrain.
Responsibilities:
• Ensuring all Legal regulations concerning to safety, health & environment are implementing in the
execution of the project.
• Providing advice and guidance to the management on health and safety standards and legal
requirements.
• Promoting a positive culture on health and safety.
• Promoting health and safety awareness programs among work force.
• Identification and mitigation of hazards and risks proactively in order to achieve HSE objectives and
targets.
• Assist to preparing site safety plan, suitable and sufficient Risk Assessments, emergency response plan
etc.
• Advising to conduct mock drills on various emergency scenarios.
• Daily site inspection, giving instruction to supervisors, making NCR, & correspondence to concerned line
management.
• Advising management to implement the methods on accident prevention.
• Incident reporting and Investigation. Reveal root cause and implementing CAPA.
• Conducting weekly & Monthly safety meetings to address arising issues and safety concerns, as well as
