Prepare monthly progress invoice along with relevant measurement recording book and summary book
Assist in submission to client and communicate effectively with the client for certification of payment.
Monitoring site construction progress and maintain a tracking sheet for progress and incentive milestones.
Develop change works related with Site instructions, Material Discrepancy Notifications (MDN), Technical queries and RFI along
with backup documents like day work sheets and copies of purchase orders.
Maintain data base of variation claim related to Site Instructions, MDN, Technical queries and RFI.
Evaluate the quotations from suppliers, subcontractors and estimating the overall project costs.
Preparing the price schedule in accordance with the client’s requirement.
Organize weekly progress review meeting with sub-contractors and discuss with planning, safety, QC & technical.
Reporting to Senior Contracts Manager for outstanding commercial issues and variation claims.
Review and approval of subcontractors’ monthly progress payments bills and submit to organization finance dept.
Maintain actual record and data to resolve contractual conflicts and dispute claims with sub-contractors.
Assist in preparation and amendments of subcontractor’s contract agreements.
Review drawings/specifications and scope of work documents
Materials take-off from drawings and prepare bill of quantities, estimates, process draft of contract etc.
Evaluation of suppliers / sub-contractors offer in compliance with the tender specifications.
Preparation of the monthly payment certificates with necessary supporting documents for submission to client and
communicates effectively with the client representatives for the payment certificate approval.
Responsible for preparing all additional claims based on variation records.
Dealing with the Client and responsible for writing contractual letters to client and sub-contractors.
Responsible for preparation of monthly staff cost and labor cost report and submit the monthly invoice.
Responsible for preparing subcontract agreements and monitoring subcontractors work.
Certifying the subcontractor’s monthly payment applications and variation claims.
Review and certifying the subcontractor’s monthly payment applications and variation claims.Plant, equipment, direct and indirect labour cost estimation and forecasting and tracking.
Work closely with Contract Managers and Contract Administrators with regards to cost forecasting and progress.
Review tender drawings/specifications and work documents and preparing queries to client for missing data
Material take-off from drawings and preparation of equipment schedules.
Enquiries to suppliers and specialized system sub-contractors including follow-up.
Evaluation of suppliers /sub-contractors offer is in compliance with the tender specifications.
Preparation of price & cost summary as per the tender needs including labour calculation and material involved.
Preparation of bill of quantity including bill of adjustments (additions and omissions).
Attend pre-bid meetings with client and obtain more information and scope about the project.
Prepare value engineering with alternate manufacturer and material as per client’s requirement.
Site co-ordination with various services & Sub-contractors documentation work including invoice evaluation.
Quantity survey /take-off of approved shop drawings & Co-ordination with QC team for quality & site inspections.
Conducting periodic inspections with & ensuring timely availability of manpower, equipment and material
Lead a team of superintendent and site engineers for the execution of job as per project specifications
Liaison with contractor for the release of raw materials for fabrication and for the equipment’s for installation
Ensuring all the activities are carried out in a safe manner and as per the project safety standards
Planning, leading and monitoring progress and performance against the project plan
• Design and Hydraulic calculation of Fire Protection systems in accordance with applicable codes within the scope of work.
• Represent Company in matters of Project Co-ordination, Scheduling, change requests and technical assistance.
• Performing preliminary design and calculation for the bid estimate.
• Preparing pricing for materials, labor, freight, fabrication and design for estimates.
• Obtain all necessary approvals of shop drawings from consultants / contractor and Civil Defence including reviews of project design data.
• Preparation of Technical Submittal as per consultant’s requirement and getting approval of the same.
• Quantity take-off from shop drawings.
• Sending enquiries for local purchase / overseas purchase and Co-ordination for local & overseas purchase orders.
• Minutes of meeting with consultants / contractors / Civil Defence authorities.
• Monitoring the project progress, liaising with the clients and coordinating the project execution until completion.
• Represent company in Design, Engineering, Supply, Installation and Commissioning of Fire Fighting, Fire Detection, Alarm and Safety products.
• Efficiently manage and monitor the above at project sites until completion.
• Design and Hydraulic calculation of Fire Protection systems in accordance with applicable codes within the scope of work.
• Assist estimating and other design personals with technical interpretation.
• Performing preliminary design and calculation for the bid estimate.
• Preparing pricing for materials, labor, freight, fabrication and design for estimates.
• Preparing estimations for govt.and non-govt organizations tenders.
• Design and Hydraulic calculation of Fire Protection systems in accordance with TAC regulations, NBC codes within the scope of work.
• Represent Company in matters of Project Co-ordination and technical assistance.
• Represent Company for preparation of invoices/m-books in govt.organizations and payment follow-up.
• Sending enquiries for local purchase / overseas purchase and Co-ordination for local & overseas purchase orders
• Minutes of meeting with consultants / contractors / TAC officials.
• Co-ordination with sales engineers and going for site surveys.
• Monitoring the project progress, liaising with the clients and coordinating the project execution until completion.
