• Monitoring project risks & developing contingency plans to mitigate potential issues.
• Change Request coordination for integration of ongoing project services with operational phase.

• Conducting regular meetings for closure of critical open points and remove progress hindrances.

execution plan & logistics plan, coordinating & getting designs & estimates, preparing & tracking construction
schedules, preparing & tracking cash flow / budget, preparing contractors & material requirement schedule &

Planning & control System) which includes planned and actual - monthly invoicing, S-curve, Construction
Program, Work breakdown structure, schedule of Plant & Machinery, schedule of staff, schedule of workmen,
monthly material schedule, specialized subcontractors, Direct Cost, Indirect cost and Liquidity forecast.
