Reporting to the COMPANY UPI (Utilities, Power & Infrastructure) Commissioning & Start­ Up (C&SU) Leader. The UPI Commissioning and Start-Up Planner will play a crucial role for a successful commissioning and start-up of the UPI units. Together with other key members of the UPI team there is responsibility to develop, maintain and control a feasible schedule.

Petrofac has been awarded two engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) packages for Saudi Aramco’s Jazan Refinery and Terminal project. When complete, the refinery will produce around 400, 000 barrels of oil per day.

International Petrochemicals Company (Sipchem) has awarded Lurgi AG, a German Company and the French Company Air Liquide, for the construction of a Carbon Monoxide (CO) plant with an annual production capacity of 345 thousand tons, on a lump sum turnkey basis. Carbon monoxide is the primary feedstock for the production of Acetic Acid. The Acetyls Complex which was cost approx. SR 4 billion built at the existing Sipchem petrochemical complex in Jubail Industrial City.
The contract includes the Reformer, FD & ID Fan, Flue Gas Treatment Unit, BFW, C old Box, OWS, Control Building etc pipelines, air system, sewer system, CO & Hydrogen System loading facilities.

The NatPet project includes a polypropylene (PP) plant, based on Basell technology, and associated facilities and utilities.
