• Scaled in-house delivery capacity by approximately 65% during peak Black Friday demand by deploying additional
rental vehicles internally rather than outsourcing to external Final Mile Providers (FMPs), maintaining service
levels during the peak period.
• Optimized fleet utilization by migrating STS/CNC delivery orders from the Retail Fleet to the Last Mile Delivery
network, improving asset utilization and overall delivery capacity.
• Spearheaded the business case and operating model design for Cash-on-Delivery (COD) services across e
commerce channels, evaluating internal and 3PL operating models to balance cost efficiency, turnaround time,
and customer experience.
• Developed the business case and secured senior management approval to obtain a commercial delivery licence
