Working Responsibilities
Prepare and implement Preventive maintenance schedule.

2 Implement Breakdown maintenance procedure and analyze the same.
3 To maintain weekly & monthly preventive & predictive report.
4 Preparation of vehs/eqpts daily checks to eliminate break downs
5 Performing predictive & preventive maintenance of machines.
6 Planning and procurement of the maintenance spares parts.
7 Elective implementations of vehs/eqpts break down maintenance activity.
8 Update the history file if any major parts get changed.
9 Frequently work in maintenance mode.
10 Keep an eye on the service records of the vehicles and machineries.
11 Co-ordinate with various departments, implement improvements continually
to achieve set targets.
Independently working as Assistant Engineer Responsible for the various works and activities in the workshop and site.
The maintenance and repairs of the following vehicles and machineries are under my profile-
Volvo paver ABG-6820, Apollo paver-WM 6, excavator(HITACHI), Cat Graders, Sany motor Graders, Backhoe loaders(JCB), Wheel Loaders(HM), Tandem Rollers(VOLVO), PTR(VOLVO), Soil Compactors(IR & VOLVO), Trailers(TATA & A/L), Tippers (Tata, A/L) Transit Mixers(A/L & AMW), Bitumen Bowsers (A/L), Tractors(Mahindra), Diesel Generators (7.KVA-500KVA), Mahindra Bolero and Campers, Air compressors (IR fitted with Ashok Leyland Engine) etc.
