As an Internal SAP Implementation team member I am equally responsible to understand the business and SAP Template. The main responsibility is to understand the Global template and discuss the changes, enhancements, CR’s with local site Manager/ Project Manager/Sub Project Manager. Between January and November 2011 we worked together with global SAP team on the implementation of the global Siegwerk SAP template and its adoptions to legal requirements in India. The 70 team members from six different countries achieved the standardization of business processes and prepared Siegwerk India for integrated collaboration with other regions via SAP.
In Additional to this I am responsible for newly setup Regional IT Team for our day to day issues related to personal and HR and co-coordinating with Global IT Strategy Manager.
Phase II (2012-2013) was started in Jan 2012, I was responsible for develop the methodology for SAP Rollout in Blending Centres across India, which includes the project timelines, resource planning and Going Live and Support.
