•Looking for repair, maintenance, erection and dismantling of Tower cranes, Material cum passenger hoist, MCWP & Batching plant.
•Operation and deployment of equipment at site and also look after site logistic & transportation.
•Perform Plant cost analysis, MIS, MPR, Fuel consumption report and planning, motoring & follow up daily, weekly & monthly scheduled maintenance, Break down and progress reports, vehicle reports, accident reports and vehicle fitness reports.
•Gather the data from the logbook, maintenance book, stores and as per standard format; compare and analyses the data with the operation standards of the machines. Also monitoring Hire cash out flow against Plant & machinery.
•Monitor and Ensure performance, productivity and utilization; maintain high levels of Safety & Quality; mobilize and procure manpower for Plants, Machinery and other Vehicle
•Provide suggestions to the planning department at site in forms of reducing the cost improve the performance and profit; provide the data to the HO plant department for future tenders if required
•Spares planning & management with through analysis of Equipment for future repair or under Break down.
•Physical verification of spare parts and machinery on regular interval and analysis to control inventory
