• Forecast sales budget and close monitor of actualization.
• Identify, develop and implement sub market segments in Leisure segment.
• Pro-actively analyze needs of market developments, make proposals and take appropriate action
• Closely liaise ADOS and discuss the strategies and plans.
• Supervise Sales executives if needed.
• Do regular competition analysis regarding the target market and work on shortcomings.
• Report activities and results on a weekly basis and create action plans.
• Attend and represent Hotel in national and international trade exhibitions. Frequent Visits to Saudi, Fareast or any potential market source.
• Promote and cross-sell all sister hotels worldwide.
