Perform and oversee Application, software and hardware installation and upgrades.
Installation and configuration of the applications like Citrix Secure Hub, Microsoft Teams, Cisco Jabber, Microsoft Authenticator, Microsoft OneDrive, eCorrespondence and Citrix Workspace in computers and Mobiles.
Completing the cases and task with SLA.
Configuring Office 365, outlook, PST backups and implemented Exchange-Vault.
Configuring and troubleshooting all network printers, scanners and photocopier machines.
Experience in support for remote working users.
Good skills in mobility applications configurations in user’s Mobile devices.
Establish and perform maintenance report for the company and for the vendor.
Ensure timely user notification of maintenance requirements and effects on system availability.
Maintaining Active Directory Environment.
Call escalation to next level and close the call with in given time line.
Plan and implement backup and disaster recovery plans.
Looking after the Inventory of IT products and Software Licenses.
Evaluate and recommend purchases of computers, network hardware, peripheral equipment, and software.
Providing first level support in Cisco IP phones.
Familiar with Applications like SAP, MS Project, Microsoft Visio, Abode Professional, MS Office Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, Nuance Professional.
