- Meeting and liaising with clients to discuss and identify their advertising requirements.
- Working with creative, traffic, production, finance and other departments at the agency to ensure timely delivery of different campaigns that meets the client's brief and budget.
- Briefing media, creative and research staff, and assisting with the formulation of ATL and BTL advertising, new product launch and marketing strategies.
- Assisting the Digital Account Manager with various projects including Social media, websites and banners.
- Preparing cost estimates, managing campaign costs and timely billing of invoices.
- Attending meetings and maintaining regular contact with the client to update them on the status of the projects.
- Assist in market research to evaluate competitors product and customers response.
-Conducing audits and competitive analysis for the clients- Nestle and Mercedes Benz.
-Coordinating with the suppliers and assisting in negotiating prices.
-Monitoring promotional activities by frequently visiting stores or sites of events.
-Creating product descriptions for new products to be added to the website.
-Contacting and updating the list of influencers needed for the campaigns and events.
- Efficiently handling social media and marketing campaigns for MEC international clients such as Home centre, JLR, Nestle, Vodafone and Philips.
- Responsible for contacting the clients, compiling client research, preparing the budgets and suitable proposal for the clients.
-- Measuring performance of social networking sites by using Google Analytics and performing SEO by conducting keyword research, Image optimization for clients like KitKat, Maggi and JLR.
- Successfully collecting, analyzing and evaluating media coverage.
- Content creation-Writing engaging and relevant content for clients social media platforms.
- Writing posts for Baby shop and Emax Facebook, Twitter and Instagram content calendars.
