Achievements:
•Meeting the set target of reducing incoming rejection
•80%Rejection of neck ring per lot due to oblong-Resolved by developing circular chuck @ vendor end. This lead to reduce rejection in just 0-0.5% per lot.
•Frequent sleeve fitment issue in assembly-Resolved by developing specially designed gauge @ vendor end.
•RN pumps shafts run out reduced due improvement in packing by making V notched equipped pallets.
•RN dist sleeves, balance valve packing improved without any extra packing cost, to prevent machined faces from damages.
