Lead the recruitment process of organization associated with Kerala State AIDS Control Society.
Process all administration relating to the ‘offer of employment’ process, including offer letters, joining instructions, referencing and updating the HR data base.

Learning Site Coordinator responsible for the institutional capacity building and long-term improvement of staffs skills, enabling them to fulfil their potential within the injecting Drug User HIV prevention projects. Identify training and development needs within the implementing organisation through job analysis, supportive monitoring visits and regular consultation with project team. Design and expand training and development programmes based on the needs of the organization and the individual.
